All you need is free incoming minutes plan from your wireless provider and you are ready to save.
If you don't have it, just ask them to switch your account to that plan.

How does it work?

• You will hear a busy signal, so just hang up. That means that your wireless provider won't charge you for this call.

• If you choose to use this feature HIT will charge you only 1 cent per minute extra.

What is Speed Dial?

Speed dial is an exciting opportunity to save you time!

Instead of dialing the whole phone number, just press one digit (or combination of digits, if you like) then press # key and you talking!

You may have as many numbers on your Speed dial list as you want, save your time dialing and always enjoy perfect calling quality.

How does it work?

• Find Speed dial list link on the upper part of your account page (just above the yellow line)
• Go to the Speed dial page
• Press Add button
• You will see three fields there:
  Speed Dial - this is the speed dial code you will assign for the phone number;
  Phone number - this is the number you wish to dial;
  Description - this is short description of the record.
• Press Add button and you will see right away the newly added record in your speed dial list. Now you can dial the access number and assigned Speed Dial digit instead of the dialing of whole phone number!

• Without Speed dial feature:
  Dial Access number: 416 548 9500+ Phone number you wish to reach (+7 (095) 111-1111) then press # key and you are calling.
• Enjoy Speed dial:
  Dial Access number: 416 548 9500+ assigned digit, then press # key and talk!

What is Six seconds billing?

Most companies charge for long distance by the minute, which often results in you paying hundreds of dollars more a year! With our service, however, we charge by the six seconds, providing much more accurate billing. No other long distance provider offers this level of pricing precision! So even after you enjoy our great rates, you'll continue to save!

How does it work?

• If your call was up to 15 seconds long it will not cost you a dime.
• If your call was from 16 seconds up to 30 seconds long it will be rounded to 30 seconds.
• If you talk more that 30 seconds, HIT will charge you for every six seconds, instead of every minute of your call.

For example:

If you have been talking for 1 minute and 1 second, other companies will charge you for two minutes. With HIT you pay for seconds, not for minutes, because we offer most precise billing. And remember, first 15 seconds are absolutely free!
